[She's smiling at the screen, despite only really speaking to a voice. It's so strange, this device. But... making friends is always nice, right?]

Oh yes, I was very surprised by the device the first time it spoke to me. But having somepony reassure me that it was working just like it was supposed to was very, very nice.
