[He doesn't necessarily intend to talk to everybody, but he's too tired to make a filter. And he looks it. His face is pale and worn, as though he didn't get much sleep last night, if any at all. He doesn't appear to be physically hurt, at least. Not from the view the NV gives, anyway.]

I'm really sorry if I worried anyone.

Um . . . Miss Nelliel? Could you come bring me home? I wouldn't ask, but I'm pretty tired and don't think flying would be a good idea right now. [He's put his ki up a little above a resting level, to make sure he's easy for her to find; it'll be coming from Sector 6.]

[Tired smile, trying to be reassuring.] No, it's okay. Miss Nelliel is a lot faster than that.

Oh, just . . . a few of us kinda went missing over the past couple days. But it's all right now. [Gonna have to ask if you want more details, dude.]

Got taken to the Hunting Grounds. [He's usually chattier than this, but . . . yeah, rough day and night.]

Some of 'em are probably still close. [He'd insisted he was okay, and that nobody needed to stick around on account of him. He actually managed to pull it off pretty well. Probably because he'd actually believed it at the time.]

[He's kind of surprised the tranquilizers even worked on him. Then again, they'd had to do it to him more than once to keep him sedated.]

Really, I'm just tired, Rue. Haven't slept in over a day and I . . . had to do some fighting. [That last bit is said in something of a rush.]

I'm not really stuck. Just tired enough for it not to be a good idea to fly home myself. Miss Nelliel will be here soon. It's all gonna be okay.

[Nods.] Our powers were restricted, and people were hunting us. And then, y'know, the Darkness.

[He rubs awkwardly at the back of his neck.] You know all the people that went missing the past couple days? We kinda . . . got taken to the Hunting Grounds.

You're sure you're not hurt, that you don't need to go to a doctor or anything?

[She's much too naive to guess the truth at first, so she just blinks and tilts her head, though there's worry growing in her expression.]

To the Hunting Grounds? Why?

I'm honestly not hurt. It's fine.

[He looks away briefly here, because the very idea makes him uncomfortable. It's not something that should happen.] ... So we could be hunted.

[And that idea is so altogether unbelievable for a moment, even in a place like this, that she can only stare for a moment. No matter how many times she hears of the horrors this place holds, it never stops coming as a shock.]

[He shifts a bit uncomfortably, here.] We got put in collars that restricted any powers we have, and people hunted us.

What? But that can't be—

[But her brow furrows, and she pauses, trying not to stumble over her words.]

How many people were there?

[Stops and thinks about this for a minute.] Not sure of the exact number. But more than ten.

Did you recognize any of them? I mean, do you know their names?

[Her voice raises slightly, though she's trying to quell the nervousness.]
