What is the purpose of a father or creator?

Creator: to light a match.

Should pain and suffering exist for the sake of curiosity?

Nobody truly enjoys life lived in a bubble. Without pain and suffering, the joy and triumphs would be worse than nothing. Life is a package deal.

Seeing where the creations take that spark and what they do with their life- that's different. That's called opportunity, not curiosity. If the creator doesn't light the match, then they're denying potential people a chance to exist. It would be wrong to leave it unlit.
