[Here's Kurt, looking much healthier than before, though still a bit scrawny and pale from the illness. His attitude is bright and cheery, though, and he offers a big smile.]

Hello everyone! I hope you're all feeling better. This is my obligatory 'checking-in' entry-- Please let me know how you're all doing, if you can spare a moment. Things really have been insane lately, and not even in the interesting reality t.v. way. [Clears his throat.]

Which brings me to my second point. As Mr. Creed previously announced, the NPP Block Party is taking place this coming weekend. So many people are stepping in to help, and I want to thank each and every one of you. It's not to late to sign up, though, if anyone else wishes to promote their business or offer a hand.

[He clasps his hands together and looks hopeful.] I sort of see this festival as an opportunity for the Newcomer community to come together and kind of...prove our worth here in the Port, if that makes sense. Maybe it'll help resolve some of the tension between us and the other citizens, if we can mingle and celebrate together--and even if it doesn't, it'll still be fun.

[And he dolls himself up in a cute summer outfit, arriving at Blaine's a half hour later.]

[Blaine also fussed with his appearance for a bit, before making sure the living room was clean as he waited for Kurt.]

[Knock, knock.]

Blaine? It's me!

[Blaine answers the door and grins at Kurt] Hey. [He steps back to let Kurt in.]

Hey.

[He steps in and wastes no time, moving in for a hug.]

[Blaine holds him and breathes in.] How are you?

Very, very busy. [He gets quiet and just hugs Blaine for a while. He hadn't even realized how exhausted he's been until now.]

Come on. [Blaine says as he pulls away.] Let's go to my room. We can plan out my music and talk about what to do on our date.

I might fall asleep, just warning you. [He follows Blaine into the bedroom.]

That's fine. There's a bed in there and everything. [Blaine smiles a bit] Why are you so tired? Have you been sleeping?

Of course I have. [LIES but oh god, a bed. He flops down on it.]

Want to give me a preview of your performance?

[Blaine nodded.] I haven't narrowed down all my songs.

Give me a rundown? I'll pick them.

[He smiles, looking lazily but happily up at Blaine. He misses just relaxing on his boyfriend's bed, watching him sing and dance. He misses a lot of things.]

[Blaine gets the note pad that he's been using to make notes for himself. He moves to sit on the bed, legs crossed.]

Sing for me?
