471st Day [video]
[There’s something distinctly wrong, very wrong in the room when Xion wakes up this morning. It’s too quiet, too still. Blue is licking her hand, her rough little tongue like sandpaper against her fingers, and in the hazy moments where sleep transfers to wakefulness, Xion stretches and coughs, her chest still feeling tight from this strange sickness. She sits up slowly, lets the accompanying dizziness subside before she scoops up Blue and starts her descent down the ladder to the floor. She sets the kitten down on the floor, letting her little cat out to start her day by pouncing on Xact’s tail- probably- and she quietly lets herself out to use the bathroom and cough and splutter away without worrying about waking her roommate.
A few minutes later, and carrying a box of tissues, Xion’s back and Naminé hasn’t moved. Xion goes to Naminé’s bedside and gently nudges her on the shoulder to see if she’s awake and in need of anything.
Naminé is very still. She’s always been quiet, but this morning it’s too much. Her shoulder feels cold, and that doesn’t feel right. Naminé’s been feverish all weekend, Xion has been bringing her cold flannels to put on her head to help her cool off. She shouldn’t be so cold. Her face is very pale from what she can see of it poking out from under her blankets.
It takes a moment for Xion to realise that Naminé isn’t breathing and she’s not waking up.
The shock sends her reeling backwards, knocking into the trash bin. Tissues go falling over the carpet. Xion’s head is spinning, everything seems to be buzzing in her ears. What should she do, what should she do?
She grabs her NV, acting on instinct, she doesn’t know what to do what should she do she can’t do anything Naminé won’t wake up, she won’t wake up, it’s not working.
Frantically she switches to video.]

[Xion's face is pale and clammy, she’s breathing too quickly and she’s shaking, she knows this is bad, this is very, very bad, but she can’t do anything-]
Help me please, someone, Naminé won’t wake up. She was sick and now she’s cold and she’s not- and she won’t wake up- she’s not breathing- I can’t-
Someone help us please, please, I don’t know what to do!

So because they were on their last can of soup, and because Mr. Morning Show Personality was saying go out early and avoid crowds, Joe figured that since he was the only one awake and not feeling hit by a truck, he should go take care of that early. He hadn't even peeked in on the sleeping girls, just pulled a hoodie and a rain poncho right over his pajamas, borrowed Roxas's skateboard, and headed to the drugstore close to the stadium. It was a nasty day, and the bottoms of his pajama pants were soaked by the time he hit the store for opening- and he was far from the only one with that bright idea.
He never expected Xion's panicked message, just like he'd never expected to get into a wrestling match over the last pack of cough drops. Luckily, the storekeepers took pity on kids that had been sent out early over older men with crusty-snot on their upper lips, who looked like they'd just crawled out of a bar.
He was breathing hard with disbelief under the outside awning now, looking from Xion's worried face to the heavier rain, and gauging how quickly he could even get home in it.
Namine's not breathing?! He stares at the screen a little dumbfounded, his eyes wide with helplessness]
At all? [He repeats with alarm, desperate to not...think...the worst.] Did you do...ah....C- ....CPR? [Xion has no idea how to do that. He's seen a guy do it once in the stadium.] Cure? Help her sit up!

She holds out her hand, summons up her Keyblade and holds it out feebly, the magical key trembling from the effort.]
Heal!
[The accompanying light casts the room in an eerie glow, and Xion waits for a moment before she tries again.]
Heal!
[It's not working, but Xion's not stopping until the effort causes her to swoon. The Keyblade falls to the floor with a clatter and Xion has to grip the ladder on the bed to stay upright. When she speaks again through her heavy breathing, her voice is tiny.]
It's not working...

[She suddenly breaks into a coughing fit, and when she's composed enough to talk again her voice is trembling.]
Roxas can't help, he's too sick- I can't wake her up.

I think if you cannot manage to breathe air back into her lungs and revive her there may be nothing to do. You could attempt to kiss her but I think that method of resurrection is not possible here.

And then she remembers that Roxas was just as sick as Naminé was last night, and then suddenly Xion is absolutely terrified. She runs into the boys' room, stopping to catch her breath and gripping the doorframe when a sudden wave of dizziness from overexertion hits her. Joe's bed is empty, but she can see Roxas' form beneath the blankets over the rails of his bed. She climbs up the ladder, and kneeling at the foot of his bed, she reaches over and checks on him.
He's okay. He's sick, but he's okay. He's not still. He's moving. He's warm- too warm- and he's breathing.
The relief and the shock from everything that's happen sends Xion curling up in a ball on his bed and bursting into tears.]

Sora's call comes a little later than everyone else's. They've already covered most of the things that Sora would even think to suggest. All that's left is to get there as soon as he can, and to check in with Xion to see if anything's worked. ]
Xion? You there?
Re: [Video]
She's sitting in Roxas and Joe's room, curled up on Joe's bed and listening to Roxas' uneasy breathing.]
Yeah. I'm still here.
