I might knock you out, let you sleep through it, or I might keep you awake just to study pain tolerance.

It wouldn't be right to just stop with the abdominal cavity though. I doubt your brain looks like a human's. I'll cut open your skull, cut the horns out by the roots to see how they attach. Then I'll look at your brain. You'll be awake for this part, as I dig around with blades to see how everything works in your head. If you're lucky, there won't be too much lasting damage.

You'll probably be terrified at first, but you'll get over it soon enough. Or pass out.
