Not personally, but I helped a kid break in there once. It caused a power outage over the city. It's right under the baseball diamond too, did you know that? The spot all of our new guests keep landing in?

If that thing is what's yanking us here then that thing is probably what's causing this mess. Heck it's probably responsible for half of what's wrong with this city.

I've certainly considered the possibility of the Core being responsible. Or even the rift it pulls us all through. They're terribly dangerous things, rifts. Wonderful sources of energy if you rely on that sort of thing, but not for much else. Well, except pan-dimensional travel, but even that isn't necessarily a given. Have you any idea how difficult it is to traverse the empty space between dimensions? Just one wrong move and poof! You no longer exist. Or you do exist, only in the wrong universe. Universes. It's entirely possibly to copy yourself into the wrong place and then everything just tears itself apart trying to fix the anomaly. And yet people still try harnessing the power of them, completely unaware of what could happen. Typical, really.

Oh, right. The time loop. Well, we can always try pinpointing the source and intercepting it. That might fix it.
