[Hey there, Siren's Port! Sora's sitting on the floor, broadcasting from the the community center with a tiny redheaded five year old standing just behind him. He's tugging spikes of hair on Sora's head in ridiculous angles, but Sora doesn't mind. His hair is pretty ridiculous to begin with.]

Hey guys. This is Andrew, and he's new to our afterschool program at the Newcomer Community Center. He's kinda shy, but we're working on that right? [Andrew gives a bashful smile as he nods, but for all his shyness? He's also on the verge of a giggle-fit. He he has a loosely closed fist over his mouth (a nervous habit) before he ducks behind Sora's head out of sight.] Anyway, if you've got free time, you should drop by and do some activities with us! There's lots to do, it's for a good cause. Plus it'll be really fun!

[Offscreen, not everything is at peace. An argument has broken out between an insistent girl and boy, probably around 8 or 9. Sora turns when he hears his own name. Oh, what?]

--h yeah, even ask Sora!

[The boy fires back, skeptical] Sora doesn't even have a girlfriend stupidhead.

[Sora looks pretty alarmed at this point.]

Does too! My sister says that girlfriends and boyfriends hold hands and Kairi and Sora did it yesterday! I saw!

Oh yeah well, Jady Parkinson's big brother says they're not boyfriend or girlfriend 'til they kiss.

Well maybe they did!

[Okay. Time to intervene. Sora gets to his feet.] Now, hang on a second...

Oh yeah, well my dad says you can't believe anything Jady Parkinson's brother says 'cause he's from SERO.

Sora! [The girl stomps her foot, turning to Sora pleadingly to intervene, crying foul. ]

[Sora spares a glance at the NV]

I'll... be right back.

[Once the little ones are done yelling suggestions, Sora finally settles on what they'd planned.]

The best kind. The ones about best friends.

[There's a pink puppet that's slowly creeping in on the right side of the curtain. It only shows its pink outfit and its head full of red yarn for hair, before it's pulled out again. It sneaaaaaaks in. Gets pulled out.]

How does that sound?

Sounds good. Let's hear it. Tell us, oh mysterious Mr. Story teller.

[She catches that and can't help but grin. Now that has got to be the prettiest puppet she's ever seen.]

[What follows is a short play of puppets on an adventure(periodically interrupted by audience participation as well as shenanigans from kids and Sora from behind the stage). It's not a story about what's happened so much as sneak previews about little things he's seen and that Kairi will see someday. Though a few scenes here and there might be remniscent of things that've happened when they were young. There's a secret place. A space ship. Little stuffed animals. There's towering castles and made-up bad guys in which red-headed puppet saves the white and brown haired puppets.

But eventually the little play comes to a close with a 'Happy ever after' and the actors behind the stage come into view. Sora rests his elbows on the tiny stage and just grins at her, waiting to see her reaction alongside the audience's.]

[She watches with escalating interest, especially when she recognizes some of the scenes the little dolls play out. Once it's all over though, she looks a mixture of both touched and impressed, and doesn't hesitate in giving the actors a well deserved standing ovation.]

[There's an initial celebration of the kids. A few bows here and there. But Sora remains where he's resting against the stage.]

So a little birdy told me you were looking for somebody?

[She goes over and crouches down a little to grin at him.]

Yep. A total goof, kind of a lazy bum sometimes but sweet and one of the best friends someone could ever had.

That handsome guy with mop of brown hair was supposed to help me look for him, but I guess he's off celebrating with his own friends.

[fft, silly Sora.]

I'm sure if he heard that, he'd say the same about you.

[Well. Not so much the lazy bum part so much as the best friends part. He lifts the Kairi puppet, waving its arms towards her.]

But seriously, how long did you even plan this? And make these? They're so cute.

[Puppet Kairi wriggles its arms uselessly at the prodding.]

They wanted to do a puppet show and I might've mentioned some stories about you and me and Riku. We've been working on it on and off for maybe three weeks.

Wanna keep her? She could use a good home.

[She leans over to scrounge for puppet Riku and puppet Sora.]

Are they planning to show it to anyone? That's pretty nifty and creative of them.

As long as mophead silver and brown come along, sure. She probably wants the company of the two guys she saved.

I'd say these guys could use one more performance. We could always drag Riku down here.

[The other two puppets are pretty easy to find, sitting just behind the small curtain.]

[She slips on the Riku puppet, trying her best to make it cross its arms.]

Hee, if he agrees, I want in on the performance.

Done and done.

We'll just have to find a way to drag him here from work.

[Boy is always so busy all the time.]

Or bring the play to him somehow if that one doesn't work out.

[She puts the Sora puppet on the other hand, making him flail his arms around.]

I dunno if we could get away with a puppet show at the Felton.

I don't see why not. It's still a show, isn't it?

I think so! But I'm not sure the guys waaayy in back would see.

Unless we all dressed up as giant puppets, maybe.

It could be a private show then.
