Horoscopes

NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: Our beloved psychic, who normally provides our weekly horoscopes, could not be reached for deadline in time to write up this week’s forecasts. When we sent an employee over to her apartment to check on her, she answered through the door that she was the victim of the dreaded “green crescent moon,” an astrological phenomenon that causes headaches and other unpleasant symptoms in those who are sensitive to ESP and other psychic phenomena. While the editor has never heard of such a thing and has her suspicions that “green crescent moon” is some veiled reference to partying too hard on St. Patrick’s Day, the editor cannot claim expertise in matters of the sky and planets, and so will refrain from comment. Our psychic assures her fans and well-wishers that she will be back to her normal forecasts for next week.

News & Advertisements

Villain-Actress Goes Hero for the Holiday - Kerri Keegan, an actress best known for her role as the villanous Ms. Biz on the propular TV program Stand Up Be Positive! was surprisingly altruistic yesterday when she pursued a pickpocket ten blocks seeing him steal several items from guests at a St. Patrick's Day Party. All the more impressive is the fact she did so in high heeled, buckled leprechaun boots. While Karla was able to corral the thief to several waiting police officers, he suddenly teleported and is considered still at large.

Keegan commented, "I don't see what the fuss is about. This city would do a lot better if people just pitched in and helped. It's not about being a superhero, it's about doing the right thing and looking out for your friends and neighbors."

Keegan's actions and her response have been criticized as dangerously close to vigilante behavior by some in Siren's Port, but her fans and the people she tried to help will always remember the day she set aside her nefarious ways to become a hero.
