Now that's just a crying shame. What's the point in staying neutral if you're not going anywhere?
[This guy seems smart, Dirk likes smart, he could do with being around a bit more of it.]
As for what change, I'm not sure yet, give me a few weeks to get a feel for this city and I'm sure I will have come up with a few suggestions by then.
