- Strange Wave of Sex Changes Turns McKinley Zoo Into Unexpected Breeding Grounds
“Animals at the McKinley Zoo and aquarium have been unusually frisky since some swapped sexes this monday” reports amused zookeeper and animal trainer Lindsay Frinkle. “After intially exploring their new genetalia, plenty of them got straight down to business.” The zoo attempted to separate some of the breeding pairs, before winding up with more expectant animals than they are prepared to handle. However, breaking up the mating party nearly proved fatal for one keeper, who was mauled by the zoo’s (currently) male polar bear.
Domesticated livestock in Sector 7 have also been affected, with farmers scrambling to manage their animal husbandry before nature takes its own course. Dairy prices could see a significant rise in the coming week.
