This is Agent Murdock. [ He clears his throat, pausing a moment. ] If anyone's out there, and can hear me, or needs help... just let me know. I'm sort of at a loss, here, and I'd like some information. If this thing is even working, that is.

[ He's confident in his tech abilities, but something's definitely up with his phone. ]

[ Someone else who knew him before. This is getting... old. Still, there's a ghost of a smile on his end, though she can't see it. ]

I'd say it's good to see you again, but... [ Pause. ] Can't exactly remember it.

Don't worry about that. That's pretty normal in this place. [She laughs.] Plus, most people never remember me the second time around.

Didi. Nice to meet you. [ Or, talk to you, but. ] I guess you've been here a while?

You could say that! This is my second time being stuck here, actually. I left, and then came back. It's not that bad, once you get used to this place. My first time, I ran a coffee shop. This time, I run a bar.

Hey, that doesn't sound too bad. [ He'd like to try to do something normal, too, rather than hang around and worry about everyone and everything. ]

You've left and come back, though? Is that normal?

Not too much! If you're looking for any work, you know who to go to.

I wouldn't say super normal? I know there's a bunch of us who've done that. Most people, if they come back here, don't remember their previous stays.
