☼ 004 - [video] (backdated to the afternoon of the 21st)
[Axel doesn't look too happy about feeling under the weather today. He's certainly nowhere near his last legs or anything, but he looks tired. Really tired. He grimaces when he clears his throat, but it doesn't seem to help how scratchy his voice is.]
Well. This is a throwback to when I was a kid--I don't think I've been sick in the better part of a decade, you know? [Another throat-clearing and grimace.] Ugh, wish I'd managed to maintain that clean record, too; this sucks. ... Well, at least now I have an excuse not to go to work. Right, chief? [He clicks his tongue and wags one finger.] Can't risk anybody else getting sick, after all...

[His expression crumples visibly as soon as he gets the filter in place and for a moment he just stares.] It... it took Naminé? [An almost imperceptible shake of his head.] Xion, I'm sorry I didn't answer your call on the network--I overslept. Normally I wouldn't apologize for that, but in this case... [Not that it seems he could have done anything about it. He lowers his eyes for a moment and then looks back at the feed, a pronounced crinkle in his brow.] Are the rest of you okay?
[Filtered to People Axel Might Give A Damn About] (basically if you've spoken more than twice and it wasn't a bitchfest and you're not anyone in the Organization besides Demyx, Roxas, and Xion, you're on this filter. If in doubt, it's probably safe to assume you are. Vriska you're on here too; you're kind of exempt from bitchfests cuz that's how you roll.)
