A question for all of those involved with magic in their respective worlds, how exactly does it work where you are from? Things always seem to work slightly differently in each new place, and of course there is always plenty of room for creative individuals to revolutionize its practice. If you would be so kind, I'd greatly appreciate it.

[He holds his chin, with a curious expression on his face]

For those lacking in magical talents, two simple riddles.

Magic is going in front of an audience, doing something really clever with fire and rings and bunnies out of hats, and somehow making people believe that what you're doing isn't a total sham, which it sincerely is.

[A shrug.]

And the answers are an axe and meat. I didn't even have to think twice about those.

Nah. I'm probably the last person who could do that sort of thing. Doing things like cutting up boxes just so I can put a mirror in it to hide the bunny or nicking every card with a fingernail just so I can tell what card you chose is a bit tedious, in my opinion.

[Honestly, he's spent hours watching Aziraphale set up his props, he tends to go for the quicker way and just make the impossible happen without any fuss or waste of time.]

What, miss Dumb and Clueless up there? [A short snort.] Really, I wonder when she'll get it? It's quite amusing to watch in the meantime, though.

I see, do you have magic in your world, or something which would be considered by most to be magical at the very least?

Miss Hattie I believe is her name. I don't believe it will be anytime soon, she seems to either have had a poor tutor, or ignored them entirely.

I would say that her tutors probably threw themselves out the window as to save themselves from such a student, actually. How old is she, anyways? I thought she would be like, seven based on her intelligence, but she doesn't look it at all.

Oh yes, there are a few people who have demonstrated some interesting talents here. It seems as though the Core develops some sort of power in those otherwise lacking, I'm not sure if you've seen this phenomena happen yet though.
