[That's not Jesse. It's a parrot. A grey macaw with its beak taking up a good portion of space on the screen as it tries to chew on the NV.]

[She gives a high-pitched whistle, and somewhere in the background, Jesse's cracking up and clapping his hands.]
Yes! Yes! That is awesome!
WHADDUP, BITCHES? [The bird again, giving an irritable flutter of her wings.]
Hahaha, oh my god. You're perfect. Here...
[He gives her a cracker to get her away from the NV, and his face comes into view finally. Looks like he was in a fight recently, with his nose and jaw both bruised and swollen, but that doesn't seem to be bothering him. He's addressing the network with a wide grin:]
How awesome is that, yo?! I didn't even have to teach her that one.
