[The camera is pretty close to Anya's face from the start. She pulls it out a little, trying to keep herself in frame. It's still daytime, thankfully, but Anya looks pretty pale and queasy, and the large bandage on her forehead certainly doesn't help.]

Whoever created this dimension, you didn't do a very good job. I can tell this isn't my reality, which is a novice mistake, really. Well. Unless this is a Hell dimension you summoned me to.

[She looks around, checking for anything vaguely hellish.]

It certainly doesn't seem like a Hell dimension. Not many Hell dimensions have baseball. And if you did summon me, in case you haven't heard, I've given up on the whole vengeance business. No vengeance at all. 100% vengeance free.

[She waits a few seconds more, hoping she'll just be taken away already.]

So, Buffy isn't dead? Because I'm pretty sure she was dead, last time I checked. And am I supposed to know who the First is? And why are we talking to Faith now?

[She's getting a little frustrated now. Hell dimensions she can deal with. Other types? Nope.]

.... Buffy-- Anya... What's the last big thing that happened?

[She asked dreading the answer.]

Buffy died. She jumped off the tower to save Dawn. And the world, I guess.

[Now she thinks about it, Willow's hair certainly looks a lot longer than she remembers it.]

[Willow appears infront of Anya about a minute later, pulling on a coat.]

Okay, this is going to sound crazy, but this dimension pulls people into it from different timelines. So, You're here from when Buffy died, and I'm here from three years after we resurrected her.

[Anya jumps a little at Willow's sudden appearance, but she listens pretty intently.]

We resurrected her? That seems like a very bad idea.

[She gives Anya a little grin.]

But it goes okay eventually. But a lot happens after that... which kind of screws us all over.

And Faith, but she's less evil now.
